Sales Ledger Manager

Citadel Source is partnering with a Swindon-based professional services organisation that is seeking a Sales Ledger Manager. Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service and sales ledger experience, as well as the ability to organise their own workload and meet demanding deadlines and targets.

About You
The successful Sales Ledger Manager will have at least 3 years of experience working within Accounts Receivable and strong Credit Control experience. You should have previous team leadership experience, ideally with working knowledge of Sage 200 and strong Excel skills.

The Role
As the Sales Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for maximising cash collection and ensuring the accurate recording and management of debt and other sales ledger balances.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Supervising, supporting, and developing the Finance Assistant
  • Managing the sales ledger
  • Managing the transition and integration of bank accounts
  • Allocating bank receipts, card payments, and cash etc
  • Producing cashflow forecasts
  • Implementing improvements and new processes
  • Introducing a new cash reconciliation process

What the Client Offers

  • A salary level of £30,000 to £35,000
