Main Duties:
- Training: Educate parents, family members, carers, and healthcare professionals on respiratory management plans, including chest physiotherapy techniques, positioning, and suction.
- Program Development: Develop an online training program using established materials with team support and guidance.
- Patient Care: Assess and treat respiratory inpatients and outpatients, including those with recurrent chest infections, long-term conditions (e.g., cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis), and complex care needs (e.g., cerebral palsy).
- Supervision: Oversee a therapy student and provide guidance and support.
