Internal Sales Executive - £24,000

My Client based in Moulton Park, are looking for a sales executive to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth within the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development decisions.
  • Prepare professional presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Act on sales leads promptly and manage them through successful completion.
  • Maximize revenue from each sale.
  • Generate referrals from existing merchants.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Foster open communication across the business.
  • Monitor application progress and ensure smooth handover to Customer Services.
  • Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators and achievements.

Specific Emphasis:

  • Generate a new pipeline of customers, with a focus on Charities and Corporates supporting Charities.
  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads from potential customers or partners.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to complete account applications and relevant contracts.
  • Ensure the correct product is ordered.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover to Customer Service.

You may be required to travel to different sites or to clients - this can be done via own car or public transport

Requirements

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Self-motivated, results orientated with a positive outlook.
  3. Good time management, administration, planning and organisational skills.
  4. Good working knowledge and experience of using email, Word Powerpoint and Excel.

Ideally

  1. Degree level education

Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role or previous Charity experience and strong network of contacts
