Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a popular, expanding and service focused fashion brand in Camberley!!
This is a 36 hour per week rota paying £27,000 per annum + Benefits - including encouraged time off over Christmas!!
As Assistant Manager you will work with a fun, experienced and high functioning team! You will be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be leading a team and controlling budgets, driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading well by example, driving sales and maximising results
- Managing a strong Keyholder and a team of Sales Associates
- Driving company expectations and KPI's
- Delivering exceptional customer service and influcencing your team to do the same
- Inspiring, coaching and development of the team
- Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends
Experience Required:
- Retail management experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
- Background within a fashion, accessory or footwear environment
- Experience with managing KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
- Bubbly, fun & engaging personality - this is a fast paced environment so you will thrive in this setting!
