Description

The Group Reporting Analyst will:

  • Collaborate closely with local finance teams across the organisation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Review and validate financial submissions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of consolidated reports.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods for data accuracy checks and reporting processes.
  • Support the enhancement of the financial consolidation system, driving automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance on financial systems, creating bespoke reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with a solid background in financial consolidation and reporting. You'll have advanced Excel skills and experience in maintaining and developing financial systems and be known for your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments and be capable of managing competing priorities with ease. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as is a collaborative approach to working with teams across the organisation. As self-starter, you'll proactively seek out opportunities to drive process improvements and deliver results.
