We are pleased to be partnered with our friendly, professional and established client as they seek to recruit a Client Support Administrator to join their team within their offices close to Horsham. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and continued expansion within the business. Our client offers a fun and friendly environment in which to work - they offer many company charity events which staff enjoy taking part in.

Client Support Administrator

Full time permanent role - office based role

Mon-Fri only 0830-1730

Role based close to Horsham. Due to rural location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.

Salary £26000-£28000 per annum, plus very good all round company benefits,

The role - Client Support Administrator:

The role reports to the Customer Services Manager / Warehouse, Logistics and Fleet Manager

Duties will include:

Providing an excellent level of service to all new and existing customers and clients

Organising and monitoring engineering activities

Assist with Engineer diaries and ensure they know where they need to be each day

Purchasing small parts with manufacturers

Monitoring shared in-boxes for parts sales/customer service and updating customers

Keep clients well informed for each engineer visit

Ensure payments are made by each client in the correct time-scale

Manage the company CRM system keeping relevant information up to date

Completion of relevant paperwork and administration tasks as required

Liaising directly with the Warehouse team to ensure parts and kits are readily available and are dispatched

Answer telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner

Assist with the annual stock take

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people

Good admin and computer skills

Previous experience of dealing with clients and customers, either face-to-face, over the telephone or by email

Ability to work to and deliver on given deadlines

Ability to multi-task and still work effectively
