A South Manchester based Accountancy firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior to join their growing team. This firm provides a generalist accountancy services to their clients which are mostly SME businesses and sit within a varied range of industries. This is an established firm and will be the perfect opportunity for an experienced accounts candidate wanting a role in which they can enhance their skill set.
Your new role
As Accounts Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for preparation of accounts for a range of clients and personal tax duties. The majority of the clients you will support will be owner managed businesses within a range of industries. You will communicate directly with clients and will be a key point of contact for any queries that need resolved. You will use a range of software including Iris, Sage, Quickbooks and Xero.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts within a practice environment and will have ideal worked on a range of clients, including charities. Ideally, you will be part ACA qualified. You will need strong IT skills with experience in accounts software. If you have strong accounts experience, the ability to manage your own workload, this will be an excellent opportunity.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £24,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience. you will work in a new office space with an experienced team of staff.
