We are working with an industry leading communications and media company based in Wiltshire. They are looking for the next talented member of their IT Team.

The role!
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
- Supporting a windows 11 system.
- Documenting calls using the inhouse ticketing system
- Fixing issues both onsite and remotely, performing technical diagnosis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years prior Tech support experience
- Office 365
- Mac Support experience
- Knowledge of basic network topologies
- Excellent Customer service
