Location - Ramsgate, Kent (Hybrid role)
Salary - £26,000 per annum, with up to £3,500 performance bonus + EO profit share

We have an amazing opportunity in Ramsgate for an IT Support person to work for one of our clients. In this role, you will be working full-time.
The role is Hybrid with 4 days in the office, and 1 working from home.
Responsibilities for the role of IT Support
- Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve client tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-standard issue resolution.
- Address client issues proactively in alignment with company SLA targets.
- Manage IT support tasks while maintaining accurate logs of ticket statuses.
- Identify and propose product solutions, including upselling, to meet client needs.
Skills and Experience for the Role of IT Support
- Highly IT-competent with 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment and 6 current IT accreditations.
- A valid UK driving license
- Strong understanding of SLA expectations and excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about IT and technology, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and proficiency in written reporting and documentation.
- Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and proven capability to deliver quality results under pressure.
