What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day Sales Orders, invoicing, scheduling, and export documentation for UK and overseas Customer Contracts.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes and enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Administer contracts effectively, ensuring clear communication internally and externally.
- Provide accurate updates on customer order delivery status and product demand schedules.
- Contribute to daily cash reporting and reordering processes.
- Handle daily petty cash and support the field sales team in account management.
What You Will Bring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- A solid understanding of export procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of QHSE Legislation and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven teamwork abilities and a positive attitude towards work.
- NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
