Salary: £35,000 per annum

As our new F&B Manager you will be looking after the hotels food service. We offer an all day menu, and being a busy and well known hotel a wonderful breakfast service, busy afternoon tea. We are Scottish so hospitality is our game and we will accommodate everything we can. As our F&B manager you'll be leading the troops, rounding off their already great hospitality skills, honing the service levels and reading the room. If you have food and beverage supervisory or management experience we really would love to hear from you.
