Join our client, a Swindon-based non-profit organization, as Supporter Care Advisor. This is a full-time temporary position until the end of December 2024, with potential for extension into the New Year.

Offering an hourly rate of £12.85 plus holiday pay, this role is based on site Monday - Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. You'll play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts, providing first-class, empathetic customer service and carrying out administrative tasks to support the fantastic work of this charity.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Supporter Care Advisor:

  • Being the first point of contact for donors, supporters, and volunteers who contribute to the charity's mission.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to all supporter enquiries, donations, and event-related communications.
  • Accurately processing donations and manage supporter data in the CRM system
  • Helping coordinate participation in fundraising activities such as charity runs, bake sales, or special events, providing excellent administrative support.
  • Seeking opportunities to gather supporter feedback and improve the supporter care journey.
