Clarion Housing is seeking a skilled Contract Surveyor to join our team on a temporary contract. The role is pivotal in managing day-to-day repairs, overseeing major voids, addressing legal disrepair, and conducting aids and adaptations (AA) feasibility inspections.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting surveys for day-to-day repairs and formulating effective solutions
- Managing major void refurbishments, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handling legal disrepair cases, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Performing AA feasibility inspections to assess and address resident needs.
- Collaborating with contractors, residents, and internal teams to coordinate works.
- Upholding health and safety standards across all operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a surveying role, preferably within the housing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- A valid driving licence may be necessary depending on work locations.
