I am seeking a Marketing Manager to establish and promote a creative centre of excellence within the Marketing department for my client. This pivotal role will revolutionise all aspects of marketing and communications, leading the creation and building of the organisation's brand to mirror their vision. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, be highly creative, and passionate about their work.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Take strategic responsibility and provide operational management to the Marketing department through the implementation of an effective Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, PR, and email to reach and engage target audiences.
- Lead on developing a full brand identity for the organisation.
- Lead on the college's web presence and the future development of its website, ensuring content is optimised for search engines.
- Produce a wide range of customer-focused online and print copy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Degree or professional qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong strategic and operational management skills in marketing and communications.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop positive professional relationships and effectively manage projects and staff.
