We are working exclusively with a long standing client based in Bedale as they are looking to grow their successful and dynamic team.
Key duties include:
- Submit data ensuring company standards are adhered to.
- Liaise with clients regards to any discrepancies via telephone or email, ensuring all emails are responded to within 24 hours.
- Update records of details within the company's SharePoint system in line with company standards ensuring accuracy of data.
- Issue certificates to clients ensuring company processes and client agreements are followed.
- Communicate any instructor/third party related issues to the Instructor Liaison Coordinator.
- Consistently meet the needs of the customer precisely, accurately and in a timely fashion
- To take responsibility for you own clients or client area but also to work as an integral part of our co-ordination team
Desirable skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills - knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
- Sharp eye for detail
