Key Responsibilities (After Training):
- Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
- Develop skills to issue proceedings for motor accident cases
- Handle claims using an advanced Case Management system
- Process new claims and establish liability/indemnity
- Negotiate claims to conclusion before a hearing
- Maintain an effective diary and escalate claims as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in issuing proceedings for RTA claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to new technologies
