They are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and driven Architectural Designer to join their friendly team in Bury St Edmonds. The successful Architectural Designer will be a confident user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, they will boast strong technical abilities and design flare with post qualification experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Designer:
- Architectural related qualification i.e RIBA Part One and Two
- A couple years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
- Experience working across sectors such as residential, rural and agricultural
- Understanding of current Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
- Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
- Keen eye for detail and some design flare
- Confident user of AutoCAD and ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up
- Strong portfolio
- Keen to input to company growth
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Live locally to the Bury St Edmonds and surrounding area
