Global Hospitality business are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Team.
The permanent role is Hybrid (Monday & Friday at home with Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office).
Responsibilities include:
- Processing suppliers' invoices for London, US and Dubai offices
- Making sure invoices are authorised
- Correctly allocating cost to relevant P&L accounts
- Reconciling suppliers' statements and making sure no invoices overdue
- Preparing invoices for payments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations - multi-currency
- Month end processes and assisting with month end (e.g. fixed asset register, prepayments etc)
- Processing payments and receipts
- Dealing with queries
- Assisting with year-end audit
- Understanding debits & credits
£34-35k plus up to 20% bonus and benefits
