Location: Home-based with travel to West Midlands
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a passion for coaching and developing others? If so we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Overview:
Working for a leading training organisation, you will coach learners, design and deliver training programmes, and ensure learners achieve Tech, Digital and Data qualifications.
A typical week:
- Develop & deliver training sessions
- Assess & provide feedback on learner progress
- Build & maintain strong employer relationships
- Document learning journeys & ensure compliance
You'll need the following:
- Relevant Degree in Data and/or IT related field
- Experience in training, teaching and/or coaching
- 3 years technical field experience
- Confident & engaging communication skills
