We are currently looking for a Booking Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join our team. The role will be based in Wickford, Essex with working hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a great attitude to learning and a reliable nature. Training will be given on all required tasks, but any experience is welcome. We are also looking for a someone who will be flexible to support and cover other areas of the business as required. We are very happy to consider varied lengths of admin experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering of the phone and handling enquires
- Answering emails and handling correspondence
- Record keeping and system maintenance
- Booking of services and installation (UK based with some EU locations)
- Liaison with trade and retail clients
- Organising Accommodation for engineering team
- Invoicing using QuickBooks for service and install visits.
- Sending out service reminders and other marketing materials
- Assisting in delivery receiving and miscellaneous stock processes
- Assisting in the transfer of paper records to our new digital software
- Packaging up and posting parts when needed.
- Various administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will be/have an
- Excellent Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using office including word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong Organizational Skills with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting
- Previous experience with QuickBooks desired
- Previous experience with a CRM Software desired
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skill and ability to work under pressure
