We are recruiting for Membership Consultant to join a well-established health and fitness club. The role is site based in Westminster and a salary of up to £26,000 with OTE of £35,000.
ROLE DETAILS Your role as a Membership Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to increase the number of new members.
You will manage the entire membership process, which includes lead generation, sales, and retention.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members
- Guide and sign-up new members
- Contact via web/phone/walk-in enquiries
- Contact expired members
- Identify customer's needs and respond pro actively to member concerns
- Come up with ideas to enhance member journey and ways to communicate with members
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Membership Consultant will have the majority of the following experience:
- Previous industry experience within fitness and sales would be an advantage
- Great communication skills, spoken as well as written
- Great work ethic and able to work to deadlines & targets
