The role of the Finance Business Partner
- Weekly Reporting: Delivering accurate weekly figures to ensure real-time insights into financial performance
- Month/Year End Activities: Executing critical financial activities at month and year-end to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Operational Finance Support: Providing financial support to daily operations, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness
- Pricing: Generating monthly prices to optimise profitability and market competitiveness
- NPD/EPD Costing: Taking ownership of the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) costing process
- Tenders: Collaborating on tenders to secure new business opportunities
- Rolling Live Forecasting: Managing and contributing to the ongoing live forecasting process to enhance strategic decision-making
- Annual Budgeting: Playing a vital role in the annual budgeting process for the business
The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner
- Qualified or part-qualified Accountant
- Experience of working in a commercial or operational finance role
