We are looking for an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow their own team. As a Driving Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our driving recruitment division, specialising in HGV driving positions.
Key Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed targets.
- Oversee the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Manage a live desk with positions that require immediate filling, leveraging our existing client base to grow business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the driving recruitment division.
- Provide ongoing training and support to your team to ensure their professional growth and success.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the driving/HGV sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
