As the HR Business Partner, you will have the unique opportunity to:
- Partner with directors, leaders, and managers across the business
- Influencing and leading on people-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Playing a pivotal role in aligning and driving the people strategy forward
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR best practices
- Supporting managers through complex employee relations issues.
- Maintaining and implementing people policies and procedures
- Working closely with business leaders to deliver key annual people activities such as performance management, talent, and succession planning
- Embedding the business partner model across the organisation.
Our client is seeking an experienced and professional HR Business Partner who can effectively plan and drive HR strategies forward. You should be a strong influencer, able to manage relationships at all levels, and have a deep understanding of employment law. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is essential. You'll also need to be someone who works well in a team, manages their time effectively, and can identify, plan, and deliver people-based solutions with confidence.
