Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner
Location: London / Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Support the Head of HR on delivering the people strategy
- Leading on recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC; working with line managers, direct sourcing and managing agency relationships
- Business Partnering across EMEA and APAC, providing guidance on performance, policy, ER and L&D
- Working with the HR BP to create and deliver on L&D strategy
- Remaining up to date with employment law developments and acting as a source of knowledge within the HR team
- Embed EDI initiatives into all employee lifecycle processes
- Support on additional M&A projects
What is the company looking for?
- Excellent track record in a Business Partnering role with proven generalist experience within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of ER and UK employment law
- Confident partnering with various stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication skills with high EQ and an ability to build credibility quickly
- Analytical mindset and an ability to get up to speed with processes and systems
