Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner

Location: London / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £70,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Support the Head of HR on delivering the people strategy
  • Leading on recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC; working with line managers, direct sourcing and managing agency relationships
  • Business Partnering across EMEA and APAC, providing guidance on performance, policy, ER and L&D
  • Working with the HR BP to create and deliver on L&D strategy
  • Remaining up to date with employment law developments and acting as a source of knowledge within the HR team
  • Embed EDI initiatives into all employee lifecycle processes
  • Support on additional M&A projects

What is the company looking for?

  • Excellent track record in a Business Partnering role with proven generalist experience within Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of ER and UK employment law
  • Confident partnering with various stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent communication skills with high EQ and an ability to build credibility quickly
  • Analytical mindset and an ability to get up to speed with processes and systems
