Job Description: HR Administrator 6-month FTC
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
- Assist with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
