Commercial Account Executive
Location: Bristol office (remote / home working options available)
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000, bonus, car allowance, phone and laptop, and good company benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercial insurance professional to join the Account Executive team managing and growing an established book of clients.
The business supports growth and is committed to professional development so are willing to look at anyone from an ambitious account handler through to a seasoned account executive and the role and package can be tailored accordingly.
The Role:
You will inherit a book of business whereby the book will not be under attack. There is flexibility over the areas of business you go after in terms of industry and any specialisms, however, most of the book you will inherit will be in the region of £5,000-£80,000 premium range and will be cross-class commercial including property, manufacturing, engineering fleet and a slant towards construction.
This opportunity and office offer excellent infrastructure including claims management, marketing, telesales, administration, and account handling. All are designed to free your time up to be effective in your role.

The Required Skills:
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a good track record in managing commercial clients, preferably with new business skills however this is not a prerequisite for the right candidate
Knowledge in insurance across a range of commercial lines products
You will need good communication skills and telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Decisive and ability to decide on the best course of action
Negotiation experience with the ability to use initiative
Good IT skills are required ideally
