A well-established multi-office law firm is seeking a dedicated Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Providing expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
- Conducting title searches and dealing with Land Registry applications.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a focus on residential property law or an experienced conveyancer.
- Minimum of 3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
