Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Performance Bonus (£40,000 OTE)
Hours: Full-time, including every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
About the Role
Are you an experienced manager with a passion for the kitchen retail industry? We are a leading multi-million-pound kitchen retail company seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant General Manager to join our Bradford team. This is a full-time role where you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the General Manager in driving the success of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the showroom
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants, providing training and support
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive showroom performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in a retail environment, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement sector
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Availability to work full-time, including every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
