Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll using Iris software
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee data
- Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner
- Assist with payroll reporting and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Support with Purchase ledger
- Input and update invoice information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably using Iris software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability
