Our client, a successful commercial grounds maintenance and tree surgery business dedicated to maintaining and enhancing commercial landscapes, is seeking a Sales Administrator. In this exciting opportunity, you'll support the sales cycle by working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to create competitive quotes for existing and new clients

Offering up to £30,000 per annum, you'll split your time between conducting site visits two days per week and working in our client's office in Kingsclere three days per week. You'll receive great opportunities for development and become part of the company's continued success as it grows. As a Sales Administrator, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Producing detailed quotations, quantities, and pricing for grounds maintenance, tree work, and planting/landscaping projects.
  • Visiting clients to collect data and photos to support formal quotations and reports.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Providing provisional costings for new leads/enquiries.
  • Conducting analysis by comparing the initial quote to the finished costs to identify and learn for future projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • A full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong organisational skills and efficient time management, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • The ability to think on your feet and proactively handle any issues that may arise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numeracy, grammar, and report writing.
  • Confidence with IT and all Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel and Word.

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll spend your week visiting client sites two days per week and producing quotes, estimates, and reports in the office three days per week. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, this is an integral role supporting the smooth operations of the organisation.
