Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Randstad Education is working with a small preschool in the village of Isleham who are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team!

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework
  • Maintain excellent communication with parents, providing daily updates on their child's progress and activities
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Support children's development through creative, fun, and educational activities
  • Keep up-to-date records of each child's development and milestones
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive nursery environment.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
  • Implement safeguarding policies and procedures to promote the welfare of every child.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislation and guidelines including Ofsted requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
