We are working with our client based in Rochester to recruit an HR Administrator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable employer who prides themselves on staff longevity and offer excellent benefits.

You will be working as part of a small but busy HR team and will have the opportunity to learn and develop within the field.

Key Duties:

  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Processing employment reference checks
  • Booking inductions for new starters
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll
  • Answering incoming calls to the HR team
  • Scanning and filing confidential documents
  • Adhoc Admin support to the HR and Finance teams
