LEAD DATA QUALITY ANALYST

A retail client is looking for a Data Quality Lead to join their growing data team and spearhead the implementation of Data Quality Tools and processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technology solutions: Lead the development of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and investigate the root causes of data quality issues.
- Implement best practices: Establish and promote proactive strategies to prevent data quality issues from arising.
- Oversee Data Quality tools and processes: Lead the deployment and configuration of Data Quality tools, collaborating closely with Data Management teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Promote data quality awareness: Advocate for the importance of data quality management to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, increasing awareness and commitment.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure lasting resolutions to data quality issues.
- Design and deploy Data Quality monitoring systems: Implement systems to enhance detecting and reporting issues within Nucleus, ensuring improved data quality.
- Collaborate on Data Quality standards: Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and maintain standards for managing data quality issues throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production.
Skills Required:
- Mentorship or leadership experience.
- Proficient in SQL for analysis.
- Experience in implementing data quality tools.
- Data Platform Experience.
- Data Catalogue tool experience is advantageous.
