Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Director role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.
The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and establish strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the legal or professional services sector, ideally with experience in the tech sector.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market.
- Working with external service providers, the legal team, and the wider business to identify, develop and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency of our sales and marketing systems and processes.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities throughout the sales cycle, building and nurturing a robust pipeline of business opportunities company, to expand the firm's client base and revenue streams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Designing and overseeing effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the legal or professional services sector. Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Salary - £80,000 - £90,000
