Exigency Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with an established, committed, and growing 70+ bedded provider of care for adults and the elderly with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments based in Ilfracombe, Devon. They provide exceptional levels of care designed to meet the individual needs of each resident in their care and they are looking for an equally passionate Registered Care Home Manager or experienced Deputy Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.

We are recruiting a determined, passionate and resilient Registered Care Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to inspire, lead, and manage a team who are committed to providing person-centred care and to continue to create an inclusive, nurturing and accepting environment.

As a Registered Care Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond. You will play a critical role in ensuring your team provide tailored care to the residents under your wing, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, whilst encouraging them to maintain their independence and ensuring they live a high quality standard of life under the care of your team.

  • a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial capacity within a similar setting.
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
