Our client is a privately owned, extremely well established property business based in Manchester. Due to ongoing growth they are looking for an additional administrator to join their team.
On a day to day basis you will work on a variety of tasks including speaking to tenants and contractors, assisting with arranging maintenance as needed. You will also undertake general admin duties as well as answering incoming calls to the business.
