Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Abingdon
Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our private client located in Abingdon. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive rate of up to £21 per hour with opportunities for overtime.
**Shift Patterns:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekend availability
**Role Overview:
As an RGN, you will provide nursing care to individuals with a range of physical disabilities and long-term neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include assessing health needs, developing care plans, administering treatment, and supporting the well-being of residents.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals with complex needs.
- Administer medication and provide nursing care to residents with long-term conditions.
- Manage health problems, including emergency care interventions when required.
- Produce accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Guide and support care workers in delivering high-quality care.
- Continuously develop your skills to enhance your role.
**Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- Passion for providing care and helping others
