Main Job Objective

Under the guidance (tools, methods, Processes) of the EMEAA Operational Excellence team as a point of contact. The continuous Improvement / Business support will be responsible for implementing processes and procedures for the shop floor and the back-office processes. Success is measured by KG per hours Handled and AWB handled meeting the service levels and improved field contribution margin. The role will cover multiple facilities for a station or a cluster of stations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement process improvement principles, tools and enablers (KPI's dashboards automation etc) developed jointly with the operational excellence team.
  • Conduct process control and monitoring audits to ensure alignment with the group standards.
  • Working closely with the local operations teams and management to select the most appropriate process improvement techniques, training and other enablers.
  • Propose local processes adjustments and improvements, including automation and support tools, for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Optimise current processes to meet all customer service level and internal requirements and support local management to develop new service offerings supported by a robust process.
  • Provide training, support and Guidance to the team.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements.
  • Anticipate local layout changes in order to apply the standards requesting the operational Excellence team expertise involvement.
