- Predominantly Claimant case load
- Clinical Negligence Costs, Personal Injury Costs, Court of Protection, Legal Aid, Commercial, Litigant in Person, housing disputes as well as contentious probate costs
About the Role
- Drafting Bills, Budgets, Replies, Negotiations and Advocacy depending on your skill set
About the Right Applicant
- At least 2 years experience in law costs
- Experience with either claimant or defendant costs
- Experience with a civil costs caseload
