A specification and contractor lead Area Sales Manager role, promoting an industry leading range of masonry support and structural building materials across Scotland. Tracking and winning high-rise residential, student accommodation and commercial projects, with architects, high-rise developers, main and subcontractors.
Package: Basic salary is dependent on experience, with a £10k-£15k bonus scheme, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan

Selling: Masonry support systems, brick slips, windposts, lintels, cavity trays and structural building materials

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:
- A technical specification and contractor led sales role, promoting my clients industry leading range of structural building products
- A range that includes masonry support systems, brick slips, windposts lintels, cavity trays, fixings and accessories
- You will be tracking and winning high-rise projects with architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors
- Whilst be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:
- You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to technical sales
- You will already be working within the construction industry with some transferable sales skills
- Applicants with a building envelope or structural experience will be readily received, but this is not essential and my client is happy to recruit from other construction backgrounds
- Either way you will be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are prospecting and winning new business
