I am looking for an
Electrician
to join a team within a large, reputable housing association working on social housing properties.The successful
Electrician
will be expected to carry out various day to day repairs and reactive maintenance works in tenanted properties.
This is a contract role offering a possible permanent position after 12 weeks. If successful, you will be offered an hourly rate, CIS or PAYE, a company van and fuel card, a full induction process, clear progression routes and many more benefits when moving into a permanent role.
This Electrician role is:
- Coventry based
- £25 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 37 hour week
The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:
- Day to day repairs
- Reactive maintenance
- Work in social housing properties
We are keen to speak to any Electricians who have the following:
- Full UK driving license
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
- Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
You will be required to pass a DBS Check for this position.
