Red Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Customer Service Administrator in Bradley Stoke, Bristol to join our client, the 3rd largest reseller of fuel cards and who have been awarded Gold standard by Investors in People.

This role is suitable for an experienced Customer Service individual who is looking to progress within an encouraging and supportive business. The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum and contains OTE. This is also a hybrid position.

Benefits and Package for a Senior Customer Service Administrator:

  • Salary: £27,000 per annum OTE £4,000

  • Hours: Monday - Friday (rotating shift patterns)

  • Week 1: 8am - 4.30pm

  • Week 2: 8.30am - 5pm

  • Week 3: 9am - 5.30pm

  • Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Customer Service Administrator:

  • Handling inbound customer queries via telephone and email
  • Providing accurate information regarding fuel card services, account enquiries, billing and other general product information
  • Assisting customers with account setup, activation and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Identifying and resolving customer concerns or complaints
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience by collaborating with other team members

Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience in a customer service role is required (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is required
  • You should have strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations
  • Ideally, you will have experience using CRM software and other relevant tools, if not you should be IT proficient
  • You should be detail orientated with a focus on providing excellent customer service
