We are seeking a Retail Floor Planner to join our team and contribute to the efficient layout and customer experience of our retail space. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating inviting and functional retail environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Design and implement effective floor plans to maximise sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product placement aligns with sales strategies and inventory levels.
- Analyse customer flow and adjust floor layouts to improve navigation and accessibility.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of floor planning strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all store displays.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative floor planning techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail floor planning or visual merchandising.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour.
- Proficiency in floor planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
