Key Responsibilities;
As a junior recruiter, you will be focused on building excellent candidate relationships while partnering with your wider team to manage the client.
Some of your day to day tasks might include;
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
What do we look for in a graduate recruitment consultant?
- Sales experience or out-bound customer service roles are extremely desirable.
- We look for professional, self-motivated and driven individuals who hold themselves to a high standard.
- You will be a team play and enjoy working collaboratively with other teams.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working towards targets or KPIs.
