Account Manager – Remote – Up to £32,000 plus bonus

Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing and diverse business who are specialists within their field and are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager to join their bright and passionate team.

This is a fantastic, newly created opportunity within the business which will play a critical role in maintaining and developing existing relationships with customers nationwide. Through pre-existing warm accounts you'll take responsibility in customer retention and renewals, upselling where possible and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the service provided.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to your allocated customer base to organise in-person review meetings
  • Organising and attending multiple in person and online meetings per week
  • Managing own workload and diary, ensuring to effectively prioritise meetings as necessary
  • Expectation is to be out of the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Supporting across complaints as the escalation point for your customer base
  • Working to develop knowledge and keeping up to date with the market, products and services
  • Recording accurate reports of client feedback and communications in the CRM
  • Ensuring any customer changes are updated within the CRM
  • Identify at risk customers and prioritise visits as needed
  • Coordinating across various departments to ensure service meets customer requirements
  • Attending ongoing training on all company products and services
  • Identifying sales leads where possible and passing on to the relevant Business Development Manager

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience within a similar Account Management role
  • Education technology experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers at various levels
  • Open to regular nationwide travel and overnight stays
