Role Overview: As an experienced Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Subject Leadership:

Lead the Science department, developing engaging and differentiated curriculum content.

Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure effective delivery of Science lessons.
- Teaching and Differentiation:

Deliver outstanding Science lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual student requirements.
- Student Support:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Curriculum Development:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.

Create resources and assessments aligned with SEN requirements.
- Assessment and Progress Tracking:

Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with parents, guardians, and external professionals to support student development.

Attend relevant meetings and contribute to the school's SEN provision.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial experience teaching Science.
- Passion for working with students with SEN and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability.
