If so, our client is currently seeking an Accounts & Tax Semi-Senior to join their team at a time of growth and expansion.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns, computations for Manager or Partner review
- Submission of tax returns and accounts to HMRC and Companies House
- Proactively planning and managing the compliance needs for a portfolio of Tax, Accounts, Payroll and Company Secretarial clients
- Preparing current and relevant financial information including management accounts, forecasts and cashflow statements
- Preparation and submission of Annual Confirmation Statements (and other Companies House compliance reporting)
To be considered, applicants will need to be part qualified ACA/ACCA with previous experience of preparing accounts within a Practice environment. This will be combined with exceptional communication skills and a desire to learn and contribute to the team.
