This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for tax to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to local businesses, and to gain experience in a wide range of corporate tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality corporate tax services to a varied client base, including advising on tax-efficient strategies, compliance, and planning.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations for financial statements.
- Provide support on a range of tax advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, and international tax matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
About You
- You will ideally be CTA/ACA part-qualified with prior experience within a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
