Up to circa £58k
As the HR Manager, you will support and contribute to the business strategy by providing a proactive professional and commercial HR service in line with regulations, employment law and HR best practise.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee and support across the full employee life-cycle, providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of the employee journey.
- Management of HR projects, working closely with the Head of HR.
- Develop and implement effective change management solutions to ensure successful implementation of organisational design.
- Direct line management of a HR Advisor.
- Collate and analyse data, providing reports to identify trends and risks.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience working as a HR Manager, managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
- HR experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Strong experience with HR Systems.
- Strong understanding and proven experience managing ER casework, Performance management and organisational development.
