HR Manager

Full time and permanent

Leeds based - hybrid working

Up to circa £58k

As the HR Manager, you will support and contribute to the business strategy by providing a proactive professional and commercial HR service in line with regulations, employment law and HR best practise.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee and support across the full employee life-cycle, providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of the employee journey.
  • Management of HR projects, working closely with the Head of HR.
  • Develop and implement effective change management solutions to ensure successful implementation of organisational design.
  • Direct line management of a HR Advisor.
  • Collate and analyse data, providing reports to identify trends and risks.

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience working as a HR Manager, managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • HR experience gained within a professional services environment.
  • Strong experience with HR Systems.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience managing ER casework, Performance management and organisational development.
